All the 5 you got to know.

Today i watched on channel 5 Singapore channel at 3pm.
The Dr. Oz talk show.
Today i learn about how to not only lose weight for mothers and women over 30's but how to change the way i eat and work out would make a huge difference towards one's health.
As you can see the title above..
The 5 things you got to know, the first 5 things you got to know is;

THE 5 NUMBERS.
you must be wandering what numbers i m refering to..
i'll answer to that the 5 numbers would be;
1) blood pressure
2) waist saiz
3) LDL cholestrol
4) BMI
5) weight and body fat percentage

For waist saiz it needs to b less then 32.5 inches.
But what Dr. Oz says is that it has to be half of your height or lesser..
For example: i m 170cm so my waist has to be 85cm or lesser.

Why is it important to know about your waist saiz?
it's because as belly fats acumulated it produce a type of toxic that would harm the body not only that the belly fat esspecially when your over 30 if not taken care it would like be an active fat monster in your tummy.
Why i say that? cause your body will straight away put all the fat into your belly when you consume food.
Why do we need to eliminate belly fat?
as belly fat puts one at great risk of diabetes, heart problem and liver problem.

The NEXT 5's would be the 5 rules in a Diet Plan/ Nutrition Plan is;
1) eat 3 meals a day
2) in every meal it has to be balance with protein, fiber and whole grains
3) consume multivitamins
4) prepare 3 healthy snacks
5) Don't eat after 8pm

Simple right???

in addition to that Dr. Oz showed us 3 dishes and asked if you are able to guess which food is the secret enegry food(where it not only help lose fat but provides enegry)
1) whole grain bread with peanut butter and a bowl of berries
the enegry food is the whole grain bread cause it gives a blow to the blood stream
but slowly and fiber keeps one feeling full.

2) chicken salad with vege , carrots, and walnut
-its walnuts

3) vegetarian pizza
- this you would never expect its the tomato sause.

one last thing is to move 15mintues a day not simply move..
do skiping ropes, squats, and like crunches frm siide to side with a ball..

so.... do try it...
small changes to a healthier you.
