Short weekend trip to KL with my family

 Remember this sweet?
i ate this during my childhood days...

Anyway...
My parents decided to drive my sister back to her university... Before that we went for a short trip...
We begin our journey in the morning...
We ate dim sum in Mt. Austin... I bought this sweet in 7eleven after our breakfast...

When we reach KL (Kuala Lumpur) It was lunch time...
I slept all the way there... woke up went sister say we reach... but the fact is we have not... even reach the toll... lol... blur sister...
Was irritated that i couldn't fall asleep again... lol..

Then...
We were like driving around relying on my sister's little knowledge of her area... we missed the first turn and had to ask around... but when we are on the right track my sister is able to lead us around...
My dad is a hot tempered person... it wasn't very pleasent when he is irritated... His relying on me and my sister as if we know the place... lol...
Anyway we had lunch Put most of my sister's stuffs in her dorm..(apartment)...
then we headed for lunch!!!!
We drop by the pharmacy to get some stuff ... especially my motion sickness pill...

THEN I SAW THIS....

 Push pops!!!!!
Don't know why?
So many childhood sweets....  I mean in my childhood days...
I think i have tried alot of stuff...

After that we went to the hotel to check in ...
Dad booked a room in Zon regency Hotel... It is a nice place to stay as it is really near to the KLCC twin towers....
The minus point is that the breakfast is bad and it is near the malay Mosque... very noisy...
The hotel room is quiet spacious... The bath room is with a bath tub however the door does not have a lock... and its like transparent... lol...

We rested a bit...
Then we got change and headed to the twin tower...
i just wore an extra singlet... and there... a different look...

 We walked there....

 See it is awfully near.....

 Its so hard to take pictures with the limitation of my handphone... lol... anyway you can see rite...?
IN the KLCC twin tower ... If your there to shop for branded stuffs then it would be your heaven...

 After that ...
I and my sister made my parents sit the Train to get to Pavilion...
it is their first time however it was a good work out for them... lol...
After reaching pavilion they say they don't wanna go back to the hotel by train anymore... lol...

 We shoped alittle...
and while we are there were giving out ice lollies.... lol...

 We had it before dinner... i mean "fruttare"
Then it was time to head back to the hotel...
but how???
we realise there was a walkway... from pavilion to KLCC...
The pathway is like busy n air conditioned... lol...
BUt it is kinda far for my parents who are in their late 50's..
i think its a good work out.... 
Anyway... we made it!!!!
we sat by the park's lake and watch the fountain...to rest...

 There were lots of people siting by the lake...

After that we walked through the park and reached the hotel...
And ya... we slept but i and my sister did not sleep so early... lol...
Anyway eventually we slept as the next day we are heading to Genting Highlands...

 We reached Genting highlands safely....
The weather there was like freakin Cold.....
i was like wearing 3 clothes.... including my sweater....
We had our lunch there and we went around...

Wanted to upload video... but somehow the blog wouldn't allow... lol...

see it was really blury...
and cold...
Mist and the wind... lol...

Dinner
soon awaits us in cheras....
before sending my sister back to her university...

My dad has been craving for this for 2 years...
and now we are back however it wasn't as good as it was...
BIG Disapointment....For dad i persumed... lol...

But the noodle was good... i liked it,....

On the way back to JB ....
Somebody banged my mum's car from the back...
i was actually sound asleep... then suddenly... cars in front of us begin to stop...
so we stoped abruptly i was awaked by it...
following their was a loud screeching  sound...
and the impact on the back on the car....

I took picture of the car who did this....

The bumper cracked...
Thank God thats all that is damaged...

An experience to be done only ONCE!!! (part 2)

When we reach ipoh...
the 1st people that we encounter was those taxi drivers...
advise: Do not sit the cab at the bus station and get the hotline for chinese cab driver.
Why? Cause the malay and indian drivers at the bus station cheats our money to the max!!!
and if you call from a cab company you can complaint if they over charge you and you can get a refund....

We got our pockets burned by a cab driver...
where his cab stink... it is unlike the penang cab drivers who are soo friendly.. honestly if they were friendly and nice i would gladly pay...
welll what is bad is they like push us around... "you can fetch them no... u can fetch them..."
Are they blind we are in front of you... no shame... lol...
Some people...... *roll my eyes*

My mum's  cousin.. ANCY got a place ready for us...
a nice house with a huge room for us...
not bad... lol....
sorry i think i have deleted the picture already...
anyway... we went shoping... see ...

 We ate chee chong fun there....
nice....

Mum is get a watch and grandma is shoping for sun glasses too...

At 1st everyone was happy... waiting and shopping....

Then my look getting bored....

And gotten super bored...
grandma was kinda picky when it comes to buying stuffs...

then my mum's uncle drive us around...
seriously it was the most scary car ride...
Why???
Cause that uncle is almost blind...
i was like holding on to my seat and bracing for an impact...
He brought us to the graveyard to see our great grandmother....
i don't get why people talk to the grave as if the person is alive?

anyway we went to a park... in some temple... did not know it was a temple...
the uncle say go to a park...
they are christains as well.. don't know why bring us there...

During dinner time we had... their famous....
kwee tiao soup with chicken and bean sprout....
It was nice...
It seems that ipoh's kwee tiao , tofu, chee chong fun and bean sprout is much nicer due to the water there... lime stone ...
Its more smoother...

The next day we went for breakfast the bought this curry puff up the bus

HOME WE WENT!!!

I don't think i will ever do this again...
Grandmother went she is there then she was happy...
on the way back something happen...
Then she became all negative...
Its like hello.... we are pushing u all the way and we are not complaining...

anyway...
It was an experience....
