O- Pay attention to the OILS you consume

Your body won't run well in a totally fat free diet. we need some fat each day to absord fat-soluble vitamin A,D,E,and K , which our bodies can't process by themselves. UNderstanding it will help you make best choices for you and your family.

Not all fats are created equal. Avoid saturated fats , which mainly comes form animal sources. and 2 tropical oil such as coconut oil and palm oil.. increase cholesterol.. Ditto with hydrogenated oils such as margarine and vegetable shortening. Monosaturated fats are known to reduce bad cholesterol levels. Choose olive, canola, and peanut oil. Polyunsaturated fats, made up of omega-3 and omega-6 essential fatty acids are also good. They include corn, soya bean, sunflower, and grape seed oil....oils high in omega-3 are walnut oil, flaxsees and canola oil.



P- Be PRESENT in the moments

Are you going, " ahh?" Let's clarify. Too often we are busy planning for future. Its our next big holiday, the upcoming, big career more important things to focus on. What's missing? Enoying the moment . Living the here and now.

" life is in the living. in the tissue of everyday every hour." "don't forget to show up. make effort to live life moment to moment".



Q-Practice staying QUIET for a few minutes on a daily basis
its really meditation and it's something you can do for a min of 5 minutes everyday and could really add on your years to life. just find a place quiet place . start by practise breathing deep..

R= make time for RECREATION
take time off doing something to do things you enjoy. in compiling the secrets of happy living ,studiest found that hobbies provide consistency and fun. Hobbies relieave stress good for health and mentally making life a fullfilling one...

S= Cut back on SALT
We all know excessive salt is bad for our health. BUt did u know that the effects of a high salt diet could contribute to Alzheimer's disease, asthma, stomach cancer, hypertension, and kidney stones?
it also effect inteligence and memory.
it does so cut down on your intake stick with fresh items and substitute by seasoning your food with garlic, onions and pepper instead.

MY CNY

well to continue.....

we when on to invite our another granma(dad's mum), in my uncles house.. we brought her out to eat in beijing restoran.

OH man i only got one picture the rest i dunno where it has gone too...
But the food there quite expensive.

my mum u can see talking with my granma.But morning down stairs of our house got robbery.. and it happen bout 9am plus.... its bright... 2 indian guys rob 8guys... one indian guy with a parang knife another snatch money and bags. Now a days in JOHOR very dangerous theft o robbers will just chop off your hand just to get your ring.


ok then the next day its sunday, i m on duty in my chruch. teaching my small kids 8years old . well look at me so tird like not enuh slp that day but i feel ok.... don't know why i look like dat but that red tee is our uniform.... for teachers only.... then i cut my front hair bit... i don't like it to b tooo long....that morning was good... my class only 12 students came usually 21 students i think cause still in the holiday mood thats why didn't come.

THen at night my mums cellgroup got potluck. see what my mum bring... mushroom soup with gracil bread, nuggets , fishballs and sauages.... she don't really have time to cook cause after chruch we got teachers monthly meeting.

stay ALERT!

Although car wash centers are often crowded with customers waiting around, Don't assume that your car is safe from preying THIEVES .



Here are some precautionary Anti-theft tips:


1) Pass ONLY the car key

The car wash attendant doesn't need your house key or office key to wash your car. If you don't remove them, he will have the opportunity to duplicate the keys and break in to your house or office after tailing you.



2) Make eye Contact

Make your presence known for the attendant to recongnise you as the rightful owner to your car. Look the guy in the face when handling him your key and if he's not paying attention, ask questions to get his attention.




3) Create a scene.

When you realise a suspicious-looking person is attempting to steal your car, yell and scream to get others attention to either run or look toward you and your car. You'll need all the witnessess you can get if the theif manages to take off with your car.


4) Record it.


In the event of an attempted theft try to get the theif's full face or full body shot for identification with your camera phone. Set shortcuts to the camera function that allows you quicker access to it.





5) Get a date.
Get a friend to accompany you to the car wash centre.

she can at least help you make a call to the police or be an extra pair of eyes to get detailed description of the theft.



6) Don't take risk.


The theft may be armed so wrestling with him is not really a good option. Use a pepper spary instead and keep your distance so he can't grab and hurt you.



WASH Car and SAve PETROL!
