DAy before mum's bday

Today's programme is oh so little... studying, online, bloging, chating...

This year is my second year in my degree (part 1)
in it there are 4 really tough subjects which are Land law, Trust Law, Evidence and TOrt Law.
Whats super tough to me is Land Law its about the concepts and i really don't understand what the lecturer is asking about. Is it me or the terms he use.? Maybe i need to read more to get it fully. Lots to read Lots to do... for evidence and TOrt lecturer is giving us a small quiz... even so i don't know know i would do...

REALLY REALLY TOUGH

Adding to that my parents who are giving me lots of preasure, especially my mum and i, its like impossible for us to get along. Planing next year to move up to KL to study in ATC. Alot people say its better to go to KL and study not only that Celine told me that ATC is better... there the students would me more. my mum would always nag asking me to score well or not forget about going to ATC. i would always answer okok... lol.... its just all programmed... unless i am really pissed ill get real mean...

Ok... to the point

My sister is coming back today at night for mum's birthday she bought a card which in front its like a photo frame for mum and grandma as my mum's bday is tommorow and grandma birthday is on the 17th. I am not so sure as i havn't really seen the real thing. she went to midvalley to shop for that.. while shoping she was smsing me what to buy . at last thats what she bought.

anyway today she asked me to go develop pictures all into miniature saiz to compose it together to attach it to the card. em... she told me she was excited to come home. but i cant go and develop the pictures i tried but unable to as the machine wouldnt read my pendrive and for jjoyce to develop it would cost her RM12 per piece while in JB its jus RM1 .
the Price is totally ridiculous.

She than ask me to take a nap as tonight we have to do alot of things.. actually i thought of geting a cake but than my mum's sugar level is off the charts. Normally we would have the reading of 6 for our sugar level but not my mum hers in 7.7 and whats frustrates me is that she is not willing to take care of her diet. Cut a bit not totally... How to heal.? i dunno and my sis kips asking me to take care of mum but how... its not possible for me to watch her 24/7..

any way will update more... i might post the picture of the card here....
thxz 4 reading

whats in trend?

Well whats in for now i can sy its....

LONG LONG LONG skirts..... hehe...

All long is conservative, fashion is one that cames and go like the wind.

Skirts has been an integral part of women's fashion for centuries. Up until 1990's most skirts made for women are long, reaching to women's ankle or even to the floor. Not until the 1920's, when the flapper dress was in vogue, then short skirt become more shorter.

Now the 20th century majority skirts were knee lenght and shorter.

But in modern fashion long skirts are making a come back.

Skirts types

Hemline indicator

Hobble Skirt

Gypsy Skirt

A- line skirt

How to wear Long skirts????

1) Long, Narrow Skirt

Choose one that is straight at the hips but flares slightly towards the bottom. Otherwise you'll have difficulty walking. Straight skirt but then it has to b comfortable for you to walk freely in it.

2) Such skirts are flattering to tall and slim women and maybe overwhelming for short, petite person. If you don't have the height, opt for a slim monochoromatic top to keep the line long and lean.
Don't go overboard by wearing ultra high heels with long narrow skirt as it tend to show off the proportion of your outfit. however boots can go with it.

3) The long Full or Pheasent Look

It can be tricky for a petite person to pull off this look. A pheasent skirt looks good on a average or taller women with a tee or tank top and sandals. you mite wanna keep the top half slim and sleeck. Its a cool and casual look goes well with bold accessories.

thats all for now..
Njoy wearing long skirts and look great.

AbOut PeoPLe In My LiFe.

Recently there has been many ups and downs i mean with my expectations of people.

Its might seem usual for PEOPLE to change through time. Maybe changes happens caused by family situation, friends influence, believes or even mentality.

I am not being jugdemental but just shocked by the fact some people change 180 degrees... from being a girl to a man.... or the other way round....

i am just puting this up for discussion.

Now the society sees it as normality maybe for some it is not. i understand very well its the matter of perspective. Too me i find it impossible to find another woman to be sexually attractive. Some people think that we shouldnt allow gay marriages as it is not right. Not right in the sense of morality we all grew up with the mentality that a man marries a women as a wife, not someone of the same gender.

Influence, from what i know lesbians don't exsist alone there would be a group that influences another i am sure thats how gays come about as well. Disadvantages of such is that dieases and if they were to adopt a child what kind of enviroment is that? em... this topic kinda stir up my classmates a bit. some are totally find about such relationships they even made their stand that it is what the parties want. Its the society now... Just accept it...

But the question in mind is that even the wrong can be seen as right and the right to be seen as weird and outdated?

In malaysia its not allowed as for its religious views banding Adam Lambert . I can say they took a stand but it might anger others...

What are your views?

Habits to keep u looking slim...

Well i realise those people who are naturally slim and those who lose weight and keep it off all can be concluced in 4 aids that works...

First , SEAT DOWN AND EAT or when consuming... people usually have this missconception that they would like burn off fats while they are eating. In some terms i do agree to that but then researches shown that people who are seated during their mals consume 200 calories lesser in their next meal...

Secondly, Scooping with a small spoon by doing this you are able to mantain your portion saizes petite but tend people tend to think since the spoon is so small i can scoop more. Well its the wrong way to think we have to set a limit at to hw many scoops... and stop there.. You don't have to totally give up on what you love to eat its just the fact of moderation..

Thirdly, KEEP GOODIES OUT OF SIGHT by keeping goodies in clear containers cause you to eat 46% more. instead of storing u cookies, biscuts, try placing cut veggies or fruits in a clear container.. you might think.... veggies and fruits are so boring .. well why not storing left over pasta o browniee... lol...

Lastly,Don't EAT IN THE DARK.. as people do tend to eat more in a cool, dark n comfortable rooms such as cinema... you won't realise til its gone i mean popcorn... well its not surprising so turn up thedimmer switch while dinning and save the mood lighting for later...

December adjustment to the mood...

Well its the last month of the year
DECEMBER
Wao.... feels like this year has just flew past in a blink of an eye.
this month is like a stop and look back.... em.. all the bad times the good... although i am still having class... my lecturers are trying to squeese the schedule til the 19 of dec to let us have a longer break til the next month of January...

To start of this month i feel being confident is the starting point of feeling good not only inside but also looking good outside.. being confident really makes a difference...

With just some easy tips(women's weekly)

1) Think like a man
Usually when girls hear the word fat or jelly-belly. we process it in our emotional part of the brain which render us to feel horrible about ourself. however guys process it differently they would themselve and think logically "fat" what is the evidence of that?
looking at how your clothes fit , think of what you ate before or did you exercise enough?
If your thoughts don't match then your mind must be playing tricks on you.

2) Slience Those "Fat talkers"
you will start noticing bout ur own hips o thighs when your friend start a conversation starting with " man.... my butt look so fat..."
its hard to break a cycle of comparing each others fatty parts as u dun wanna feel left out but you can handle it in a different manner like complimenting her on something like her sense of humour. this would improve her and your self-image as well.

3)Treat yourself to lovely rose scent
beauty product which contains the scent of rose gives the feeling of being loved to yourself and to others as well.. this would boost ur self-esteem..
i can help u gt it..email me vlyn_tain@yahoo.com.au

4) Eat turkey, eggs, youghurt
it triggers a production of serotonin or the feel good hormone in the brain. that will lessen your mind to play tricks on you that your fat.

5)Don't Compare your body with others
Stop picking your worse qualities and comparing it with others it will make you feel worse if you find yourself doing it sing or keep something in mind that would boost your confidence. focus on something empowering

6) Ditch negative Nicknames
fatty bum bum or tubby bunny.... is a no no....

7) eat fish oil..
it attacks body blues in 2 ways it boost moods and gives your skin the extra glow..
if you wanna get fish oil you can get it from me....
