Your mission
Increase your aerobic fitness to burn 200 calories in just 25 minutes. Escalating-duration cardio such as this is similar regular interval training, but the duration of each sprint and rest period increases as you progress through the routine.
The PAY-OFF : you get a quick calorie blast and a totally new cardio workout that beats boredom.

How it works
Using a stationary bike or elliptical trainer alternate between a moderately-paced spin or "jog" and an all-out sprint.

Work out intensity - moderate to high
Total time - 25min
Calories burned - 190**
