now lets do more.....
Lets continue...

J= Drink Juice
"drink juice is a tasy way to include vegetables and fruits into your diet, particularly for people who aren't fond of eating them as such. By drinking the juice , you still get a shot of the antioxidant qualities in the vegetable and fruits.
So be adventurous try all types of juices . they are all beneficial.

K = Cultivate KInship
Bond with family and throw in friends too. To be sure, these relationships profoundly affect the health of both genders. men and women who reported loneliness die earlier, get sick more often and weather transitions with greater physical wear and tear than those who have a support network.
In fact, not staying connected poses similar ricks to your health as high blood pressure, obesity, and even smoking. so maintain that regular 'girls and guys night out. Think of it as a new kind of health benefit this year.

L= Support your LIVER

Weighting about 3 pounds, the liver is a unique organ that cleans blood and neutralizes harmful toxins and wastes. so it is at great risk of contamination from enviromental toxins and toxins in over-processed food.
Cut back on your alcohol, caffeine,food additives and tabacco consumption. They stress your liver. instead drink lots of water, eat food rich in anioxidants and above all get lots of sleep . The liver works best when your asleep.

M= Regularly treat yourself to MASSAGE

It releases endorphins that boost our emotinal well-being. it also helps relax our muscels, boost our immune system and improving general blood circulation. There are a smorgarbord of massages to choose form these days that cater to every budget. So pick one tailor-made for your pleasure and make it a monthly ritual. You'll feel refresh and recharged , minus the vacation....

N= Go NATURAL for your beauty facials.

Make your kitchen or your garden the best place to look for a skin booster. Rice water, rice bran ferment, rice starch, and rice butter are just a few natural products being concocted and sold in a jar for gobs of money.
Why not use the REAL STUFF and not wasting MONEY?
Aloe vera is easy to grow in our climate and serves as a great skin balm. you can try honey,yoghurtand chickpea flour mixed with water that is a hard-to-top face masque. also try papaya and honey and other fruits and veggies.

Organic Fatigue
With all the organic hype, it can be strangely liberating to be conventional again, don't you think? If you feel great sense of relief, it could be a sign that organic fatigue or burnout has in set in. other sgins to look out.
* you secretly long for the days when no one knows what organic means
* You are tired of reading labelson foodstuffs
* you get a thrill from buying conventional rather than organic
* the word 'organic" sickens you.

if the above is true, don't despair . It's just a temporary and reversible condition.

Treatment is simple. JUst switch to everything conventional and feel/taste the difference. You will (or will not) jump back on the organic bandwagon.
