All about working out....

Yes yes yes!!!
its all about working out....

for your infomation our body fat by percentage is as the following

Description Women Men
Essential fat 8–12% 3–5%
Athletes 14-20% 6–13%
Fitness 21-24% 14–17%
"Average 25-32% 18-24%
Excess fat 32%+ 25%+
my friend gave me this reading....

Currently my body fat is about 26%...
weight now 65.1kg or 143 pounds
hight 170cm

yea i know i am in the average for now.... :(
but hey in progress....

keep following.... my progress....

Recently... after i come back from Kuala Lumpur i have been like puting
much effort staying healthy.... and.... exercising regularly...
As everyone knows in Johor it is not really safe for any girl to like work out
publically so... you can do it at home...

previously... i recommended work outs by BEXLIFE....
her work outs are more like interval work outs.... usually 4 work outs doing it like 3 reps...
if i were to compare with simple jogging..... em....
i rather do interval training work outs...

why??? reasons???
its simple...
1) its not boring...
2) you will sweat like crazy...
3) its not all about cardio... lifting bit of weights for gals are actually really good.
instead of just skin and bones or fabby or saggy body... you can be tone and hot....
your skin will have some muscels to fall back to giving you that nice shape...
4) it shocks your body... making it work harder... as a result.... you lose more fat...

i think thats more then enough reasons....
its a whole package... why not try...

I know at times we give ourselves lots of excuses.... but nothing in life is easy....

Eating healthy doesn't mean you can't enjoy some foods that you love
like for me.... chocolate is my weakness....
i heard some where if i ate desert earlier like in the morning or afternoon.... and move more....
i am able to burn it all off by the end of the day...
but caution...!! dun finish the whole bar of chocolate in one MORNING!!!
that is too much....!!!
jus a piece will do.... just to get the craving off and done with... GIRLS....

ANYWAY WHAT I WANT TO SHARE...

Today i tried another work out...
not by BEXLIFE but she highly recommend this...

after the whole work out i am like....
sweating alot... still feel my body is working although i am resting already...
THAT GOOD.... yes.... i think it is... :)
