Easy to make taiwanese style dumplings

This dumplings are really easy to make ...







Just a little effort goes a long way of enjoying.. dumplings in your own home..














Ingredients














(Chopped finely)







Cabbage 100g







Carrot 1/2 medium saiz







black mushroom 4 pieces














MINCE MEAT 200g







To marinate it you need







light soya sauce 2 teaspoon







salt 2 teaspoon







cornflour 2 teaspoon







1 egg





pepper 1 teaspoon







sesame oil 2 teaspoon














to wrap it up you need







wontoon skin





















Method







1) Mix all the ingredients together.







2) Wrap with wontoon skin







(after puting the filling put a bit of water around the rim then close the dumpling up)







3) after that you can either deep fry it( til golden brown), or steam it...














Note: if your frying the wontoon dumpling put the dumpling on the frying pan after the oil is hot or not it will absorb excessive oil.
