Lets countinue our E-I health resolutions....

E = Protect our eyes

As they are the window of your soul. As you age , you need to keep tab on them. Too often our headaches and migranes are actually related to our eyes. You need a trained optometrist to handle such problems. Adults can be tested once in 2 years. But cautions if you are above 40, you should be tested for glaucoma annually. more so if you have a blood relative who has the disease.

F= Floss your teeth daily

Brushing your teeth without flossing is akin to 40% of surface of your teeth uncleaned. That's why the Amerian dental association recommends daily flossing.
it is proven to adds years to your life. Dr. Oz Mehmet says "it will take 2 to 5 years off your real age because of gingivitis and irritation of the glums that occurs if you dont floss your teeth."
so incorporate flossing as a part of your beauty routine. it will probably be your most in expensive "beauty" item- with a guaranteed return.

G= Gastronomy is the science of eating and drinking right.

From nutritional context, a balance diet is one that contains food or drink choices form 5 main food groups they are complex carbohydrates,protein,meat, fruits and fibre. it contribute various important nutrients that together gives you the foundation for a healthy diet

tips: shoot for rainbow colours when it comes to choosing fruits and vegetables." natural colours form fruits and vegetables determine the phytochemicals found in these foods and it is a powerful antioxidants that helps counter free radicals in our bodies."

H= Be happy

"Reactions just attract more of the same and the chain reactions must keep occuring until you move off that frequency by intentionally changing of thoughts" Chew on that. Then do tune in to happier thoughs and brighter days.

I= MOnitor your Insulin levels.

Insulin's the hormone that regulates the absorption of glucose in your cells. you can help it by going easy on your sudar diet. Sugar has no intrinsic value in your diet but it converts into glucose and glucose the substance that causes damage to cells and tissues you desperately want to keep strong: collagen and elastin. the upshot: sugar ages you.
so limit sugar in your diet as food labels don't spell out added sugars.

KeEp CooKiEs FreSh
Nobody likes stale cookies. However , you can keep cookies fresh and crisp for a longer time by sprinkling a layer of white sugar at the bottem of the cookie tin.


Stop prolonged coughing
Cut off the top of an orange and poke the flesh randomly with tooth pick. Then sprinkle a bit of salt into the orange and cover it back. Next put the orange standing upright in a small bowl and leave it to steam when there;s rice boiling with just a little bit of water left. When the rice is ready, take the bowl out remove the top of the orange and scrape out the flesh to eat. This seems to work for cough that persist.

ShiNe WooDEn FurNItuRe
