GeTting BacK On the WaGon!!!

I am using my samsung sii to blog about today's topic...


Why i put such a title?
like in life... people go on a diet and exercise plan... people get sick and they get well again...
it is like we have been thrown out of the wagon of a healthy life style due to a whole lot of excuses or reasons...

For me i have been sick.for over a week... i don't really know why... i just assume its the weather...
 
 and after i recovered my sister was back and following was my mum and grandma's birthday...
and what does that mean??
as Asians being Asians... food is being involved... i mean seriously... you should understand...

and ya i have been over eating and lazying around which is bad.... not encouraging it ya...

but it is ok....
it is called being normal....

we fall and we get back again....
the minus point however is that such behaviours have negative effect to our bodies...
scratch marks!!!

i have them too not really obvious but it doesn't make me feel any sexier...

i am not judging you...
i am just saying it is better not to do it...
but if u have... no biggy...
we all are humans and it is normal...



now i am just sharing about me how i get my lazy bum bum back into... the kick ass working out gal again...

And i have a confession to make... i gave up using my sii to blog... it soooo tough.....  til here i had to switch to my notebook or i might throw my mobile away... its frustrating... using the small touch screen keyboard...

OK....
back to what i was saying....

Getting back in to routine...
well... what i did first was to be mentally prepared..
as people say once you set your mind to it... actions follow...
its all in the mind!!!


Next i watch work out videos...
and see what you have to do....
well that's me if you feel you don't want ...
i have this work out at the link below... you can just jump into it....
i have tried... and i think its awesome...
you can try it... even without weights... its ok...


Next is to do it!!!
you have prepared your mind and watched how people do...
now you can either follow the video with them or you can write down the work out in your own words and time yourself...
10 seconds rest... 50 seconds working out....
if you cant just do 25 times each step ...
just put aside 15 minutes... it's enough for part one of getting back on the wagon!!! :)

Don't give up...
i know it is going to be hard at first but its worth it....

Oh ya... about diet.,
.
i don't believe in fad diets....
No carbs??? soup diets??? only protein diets???
To me its all bullshit....
if your on it too long... although you get thin for a while... but when you are off the diet you will gain back the weight... sometimes even more then when you first started...
 

serious???
Sooo.... when i say i am on a diet i don't mean all that diets...
what i mean is more greens... less sugar.... less fried or oily food ...
Eat balance meals with the right portion....
decrease intake slowly... if it is too fast you will store up more fat as your body metabolism drops...


Be lean, not thin and flabby...
 
That's hot!!!

the way i am doing is one that is free and you don't need a gym to get results...
