Awardssssss NIGHT (part3)

As you know me...
i would of couse comment on food.
ill be totally honest here...
some of it does not taste as good as they looked...

Here is the First dish
in the middle i think it's stir fried pork with black sause, onions, and chilis.
Clock wise- jelly fish and abolone, fried sotong balls , mussels with gravy and "coloured" fried chicken
here i like the pork as the meat is tender its not so salty.
The rest... i got no comment. Just eat.
and as for the shark fin soup it taste weird... the only good part of it is the fact that it has crab meat in it...


Next is fish with a tom yam sause-"shoikalicious"(it's a made up word)
and here we have fried prawns which is abit too oily and not as crunchy as it ought to be.. and on top of that to me...its not fresh.. i love prawns but this dish. em... :/



The Chicken is Nice.... moist..

Lotus leaf rice...
its like dumplings with prawn sambal..
some say its too spicy... too me its fine...


Lastly is the jelly...
Jelly model... hehe....
Shes really sporting... :)




what i like about it is that i am siting near the stage,
the plates and bowls looks clean,
and they have a nice make up room.

What i don't like about the place is that
their SERVICE is down rated bad...
their waiters are so grumpy...

Overall it is a great night
All Because of the students and the teachers hard work
to make this successful.
