DO YOU KNOW HOW TO PLAN FOR SLEEP??? READ ME!!!

Usually we sleep when we are tired...
you must be tinking... plan to sleep???
sometimes we do not have time to even sleep... what more to even plan for it...
isn't it funny???
but experts say that we should plan for sleep...
for better health...
for effective working system in our life....

so here goes....
Step 1:

4-6 hours before sleep...

NO MORE CAFFINE!!
coffee , tea, milo, coke.... all of these contains caffine...
but i am not sure for some people who are immune to caffine are they still allow to drink it???
well... i think when it come to health we better not bend the rules... :)


Step 2:

2-3 hours before sleep

NO MORE LARGE MEALS
in other words kitchen closes....
but for some people they are used to eat really late...???
what i can tell you is that you have to change such a lifestyle....



Step 3:

1 hour before sleep

OFF ALL ELECTRICAL STUFFS
such as tv, radio, laptop....
i guess its a way to make you relax , keep you away from distractions....
all the great shows or tv series are at night....
at times i would try to stay up awake to watch it....



Step 4:

30 mintues before sleep

Drink milk , protein shake or something light...
some people can not sleep if they are hungry or their tummy are too empty so...
milk is good....


Step 5:

5 mintues before sleep

LIGHTS OUT
This is where you off the lights ...
we usually do not sleep immediatly so.... you know where i am geting too..
its for your body to know its time for rest...


Something extra...
advice
is to set alarm for the time you should sleep...
it may seem very werid... but some of you need it....

the best time to sleep is between.... 10pm-2am.....
thats the time your body starts repairing itself...
