What the Heaven is Marriage Encounter???
its a Weekend program to help good marriages become better. it's a realistic way for a married couple to grow closer and to God building their marriages and faith.
it combines Christain values, sound psychology and practical method to improve communication between husband and wife.
It offers hope and help to strengthen marriages at a time of stress.
it gives you time to focus on each other, free from distractions, time to examine your marriage and discuss your feelings, joys, disappointments and hopes in a face to face, heart to heart private sharing between husband and wife.
Who should go on a Marriage Encounter Weekend?
-Couples who would like to improve or deepen their communication with each other.
- busy couples who don't have enough time for each other
- couples who have a good solid marriage but would like to give yourself joy of building a great marriage.
- its welcomes couples of ALL AGES and ALL FAITHS.
- A couple should be married for AT LEAST ONE YEAR to fully benefit from this program
What HAPPENS on the Marriage Encounter Weekend???
Couples concentrate on each other for a full 48hours. friday(7pm) - sunday (7pm)
You will stay in a hotel away from it all - phone calls, works, children, tv, newspaper....
The program is designed to give you quality time to grow closer and deepen your communication with your spouse..
They will give a series of talks on marriages.. after each talk everyone is given a question.
then couples will be given time to answer the question privately in your own rooms exchanging reflections and dialogue to help you understand each other better.
5 meals included!!!
It is not a group therapy, marriage counselling or sensitivity training..
Your personal sharing is strictly with your spouse and you do not need to reveal your personal life to anyone.
How much does it cost???
just rm200 in malaysia...
